The green lynx spider is bright green, the same colour as the leaves it lives on. It has long legs with black spines and often a red patch between its eyes. It does not use a web. It hunts in the daytime and pounces on insects like a cat.

Fun fact: spiders are not insects. Insects have six legs, spiders have eight. Everyone calls them bugs anyway!
